What we believe in:
  • The world of real estate has changed immensely over the last decade, due in large part to web-based technology and great increases in the availability of property information to the consumer. Both Brokers and Associates alike must stay ahead of these changes if they aim to deliver true value to their clients.
  • “It’s all about you….not about us. (We envision our role as Broker/Owners as that of a support system to the independent business goals each and every one of our Associates should have.)
  • We believe that almost all buyers and sellers today research their transaction on the web.
  • We believe that the best Brokerages  will be totally “Associate-focused” (meaning: every operating decision is governed by whether it truly delivers value to the Associate or not)
  • We believe the world is changing…real estate brokerage business models should be as well.
  • We believe in bringing the best possible combination of the old and the new together: marrying the advantages of all of the new technology of today, with brokerage management from “Florida native” Broker/owners with literally decades of experience in real estate, construction and development right here in Central Florida.
  • If your Broker isn’t more tech-savvy than your typical client, “there’s a problem!”
  • If your Broker doesn’t “lead by example” and personally use and understand technology, “there’s a problem!”
  • Today’s Buyer cares about the skills, knowledge and dedication their Associate brings to the table (and doesn’t care about brand awareness of your Brokerage or how plush their offices are).
  • Today’s Buyer wants to feel that every possible method is being used to find out ALL that can be found out regarding anything that could positively impact their ability to negotiate a good deal.
  • Today’s Seller wants to feel that every possible method is being used to expose their listing to the largest amount of potential buyers.
  • We believe in “full disclosure” (meaning: we make every effort to insure that Associates are aware of every detail that could affect their decision to join our Brokerage before they come aboard).
  • We believe associates should spend their time building their business networking with potential clients, not being stuck in meetings.
  • We believe associates should conduct business at the location most convenient for their client. (in other words, “not in the Broker’s office”). This means the professional associate of today should know how to perform every action pertinent to a listing when mobile. Associates should be able to do anything they need to from literally anywhere there is electricity and web access.
  • We believe in the efficiency of paperless transactions.
  • We believe in the “green-ness” of paperless transactions.
  • We believe that the most successful Associates focus their time on actions specifically related to a real estate transaction – and don’t spend much of their time on “wacky pyramid recruiting schemes” that they know they would lose whenever they chose to change Brokerages.
  • We believe associates will be more engaged in their continuing education if they seek it out themselves (as opposed to selecting from some pre-determined curriculum their broker has selected).
  • We believe in “working smarter”.
  • We believe that our business model is an outstanding solution for the experienced Associate that wants to have more money in their pocket after each and every closing.
  • We believe that our business model is an outstanding solution for the experienced Associate that wants to control all aspects of marketing their listings.
  • We believe that social media is “here to stay”.
  • We believe that the more time passes, the less relevant traditional TV, radio and print media will become.
  • We believe in the marketing reach of “new media”.
  • We believe many Brokerages have created complicated Associate-recruiting “pyramids” that, in the end, really only favors them and not the Associate.
  • We believe in the “100% commission to Associate” commission plan.
  • We believe in creating a team environment where truth, honesty and professionalism reign supreme.
 What we don’t:
  • We don’t believe that 80/20 splits leave enough money in the Associates’ wallets for them to prosper in today’s current selling environment.
  • We don’t believe that Associates who “do what they did yesterday” will prosper in the future.
  • We don’t believe in hiding fees from Associates when they are evaluating our Brokerage.
  • We don’t believe in charging Associates franchise fees, desk fees, technology fees, Realtor.com listing enhancement fees, transaction processing fees, website fees, email hosting fees, IDX fees, etc., etc. With us, it’s easy to understand exactly what you get, and exactly what you pay for it.
  • We don’t believe that today’s buyer cares about the name of the Brokerage you are affiliated with. (NAR studies bear this out).
  • We don’t believe that your Brokerage should be the sole source of your real estate training. There are many, many independent sales trainers that are expert in their specialties – and most offer their webinars directly to their attendees over the internet.
  • We don’t believe in overly complicated operating systems.
  • We don’t believe in using “smoke and mirrors” recruiting tactics.
