Yes, believe it or not, we recognize that not all Sales Associates have the same needs and business goals. Not all Sales Associates are alike.

An active but non-Realtor-affiliated real estate sales license enables one to gain income through referrals in a professional and legal fashion. It is a cost-effective solution when one has real estate pursuits for which access to MLS or Realtor benefits is not needed or desired. It makes far more sense than just letting your license “go inactive”.
The WebPro Realty.com value proposition is very straight-forward:
- Annual brokerage-affiliation fees are paid in lump sum at time of license transfer, at a rate of $180 for the subsequent 12 month period. The “per referral” fee is $400 per transaction, or 20% of the referral amount (whichever is LESS).
- The associate keeps the entire remaining amount of the referral fee of any given transaction. That’s IT ! No hidden fees of any sort.
